Admin and Sales Clerk – KZN

We are looking for a smart individual to assist us in day to day organization admin. The sales aspect will be more of an introduction to meet a rep who will go out the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist in administrative tasks as needed.
  • Sales of company products.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Individual must please reside in Durban, as would need to travel to the office everyday, which is based in Springfield Business Park area.
