CETA SANRAL Learnership Programme 2025: Now Open for Applications

About the Learnership Programme

The CETA SANRAL Learnership Programme 2025 is an exciting opportunity for young South Africans to gain nationally accredited skills and qualifications in the construction industry. Hosted by BoTong Civils in collaboration with the African Global Skills Academy (AGSA) and the Construction Education and Training Authority (CETA), this programme aims to develop future leaders and skilled workers in construction and infrastructure development.

Successful applicants will benefit from free training, on-the-job experience, and a monthly stipend, provided they maintain full attendance throughout the programme.


Available Learnerships

Participants will enroll in one of the following CETA-accredited qualifications:

  1. National Certificate: Construction Contracting (NQF Level 2)
    Ideal for those new to construction seeking foundational knowledge.
  2. National Certificate: Building and Construction (NQF Level 3)
    Equips learners with intermediate construction skills for employment or entrepreneurship.
  3. Further Education and Training (FET) Certificate: Supervision of Construction Processes (NQF Level 4)
    Focuses on leadership and supervisory roles within construction projects.

✅ Entry Requirements

To apply, you must meet the following minimum criteria:

  • 📍 Age: Between 18 and 35 years old
  • 📄 Documents Required:
    • Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV)
    • Certified Matric Certificate or Grade 11 report (certified within the last 3 months)
    • Certified South African ID copy (certified within the last 3 months)
  • 📌 Residency: Preference will be given to residents of the Mnquma Local Municipality
  • Inclusion: Persons with disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply
