Clerical and Administrative Back Office Support Role
Temporary to Permanent Employment Opportunity
This position offers the opportunity to work from home after an initial training and onboarding period of approximately 1 month. All necessary remote computer equipment will be supplied by the company.
The role is based in Cape Town, South Africa, and the successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the organization’s back office operations.
Requirements:
- Matric/High School Diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy
- Prior experience in a clerical or administrative back office role
- Ability to maintain focus and concentration for extended periods
Key Competencies:
- Proficient in basic computer applications and software
- Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Good hearing and visual acuity to review video content
Job Responsibilities:
- Carefully review and analyze video clips to assess and report on driver behavior
- Ensure the consistent and accurate application of the client’s standard operating procedures
- Liaise with team members and supervisors to provide updates and escalate any issues
- Maintain detailed records and documentation related to the review process
